Shipping policy

Delivery can be made via the following methods - 

• Pick up - Done at Volcy Pougnet Street or Sir William Newton Street (or as discussed prior with the client) 
• Standard shipping - Delivery in 3-5 days via post office
• Express shipping - Delivery in 2-3 Days via post office 

In the case where the parcel is not received by the client and is sent back to us, an additional shipping fee will be charged to send it again.  

The moment the parcel is out with the post office, we have no control over tracking. Please use the id number on your receipt to check with your local post office. No refund will be issued in the case of lost or late parcels sent through the post service.
