What is the return policy?
We do not accept exchange or refunds except in the following cases -
- Goods does not match order placed
- Defect is noticed upon delivery.
In this case we accept exchange within a week of purchase. The items needs to be sent back to us just like when received and with all the packaging.

Regular postage is at Rs75

Regular post takes 2-5 days and express 2-3 days. Please note that once an order is shipped out, it is completely out of our control and is under the responsibility of the post office. If you experience delay in your order, please contact us for additional help.

Our hair accessories and jewelry are handmade locally. Crystals are imported from Madagascar and other African countries.
